I have never lived in a more unsatisfactory apartment complex. We had trouble from the day we moved in. When we moved in we did an inventory of the apartment. It took the complex six months to remedy the items on the move-in inventory and that was only after complaining repeatedly to the point of wanting out of our lease. Next, our ceiling in the living room started leaking in numerous places. We called to get it fixed and it took over a week for the maintenance to come and look at it. When they finally fixed the ceiling, they got paint all over the couch. Then the ceiling in our bedroom started leaking and again it took over a week for them to come in and look at it. When they finally came to look at it, they left a report stating that they had done nothing and would come back. The most recent incident was with the dishwasher. Our dishwasher had been holding water in the bottom and I called to get it fixed, three days later they still had not fixed the dishwasher. Finally, the water started leaking into our downstairs neighbors apartment. They had to call emergency maintenance to get the maintenance people to even come and look at it. Every time that we complain to the office, they make the excuse that they have just changed office staff and didn't know that any of this had been going on. Since we have lived there, there have been at least three different groups of staff in the office. We have had so many problems that we have rarely had to pay a full months rent.
