I was told about this site from a friend of mine who lives here in Dallas.
My job transferred me from Florida and I leased this apartment over the internet
sight unseen. Being busy with the move I didn't have a chance to check it out. When I did I thought I was going to have a panic attack. I called the office to verify what I read. They said they were unaware of the issues and ratings but assured me that the community had just changed ownership and management and that their mission statement was to provide comfortable and affordable apartment homes to people who qualified. I have now lived here for a year and a half and am very happy with the service provided. Perhaps some of the ratings I read were true, but I have not seen any of the issues that they spoke of.
