Management is very unprofessional & apartments have gone downhill!

This property used to be a nice, decent place to live (compared to the other apartments in the area), until recently.

I have become more and more disappointed every day.

Let's see, where do I begin'
1.Management Staff is Very Unprofessional: The notices I receive on my door are unbelievable.

There are so many errors in grammar,spelling, and simple punctuation & somtimes even incorrect information.

They had a supposed resident pizza party from 3pm-5pm on a Friday(I'm sorry, but, not even half of the residents are home during that time) The office is supposed to be open until 5:30p.m.

but, by 5p.m.

it's closed.

And if you call the office & they don't answer, you can leave a message and if you're lucky, they might call you back.
2.Limited Access Gate: Oh, LIMITED, definitely is the word! We, the residents, have limited access to open it to get home! Most of the time the gate is open anyways.

And, even when it is closed, our gate controls don't even work.
3.Amenities include a "sparkling olympic-size" pool: What pool' Oh, the hole in the ground that sometimes has green water in it' And when the water isn't green, there's no water in it at all.

It's been empty for almost a month now.

And now that they are finally going to open it, I received a notice that stated that the new pool hours are Tues-Sun 9am-5:30pm.

Once again, most of us have to work to pay the rent.

How are we possibly going to be able to enjoy an amenity that we pay for if it's closed before we even get home'
4.No Courtesy Patrol:We have prostitutes that wander through the apartments solicitating their services(and believe me they are not shy!).

There are people constantly drinking beer outside and urinating in public.

5.Parking:This definitely is an issue because there are many cars without a sticker and I believe visitor's passes are handed out like candy because so many cars have them.

I don't know that they even tow cars anymore to keep the people out that don't even belong here.

Which makes it hard for us that actually live to here have somewhere to park I get lucky to find a parking space inside the aparments.

Sometimes there's even cars with flat tires and broken windows for weeks at a time.
I could go on & on but, I don't actually have that much time on my hands.

I just wanted to give you something to consider before you actually make the mistake of moving into this, now, horrid place that I, unfortunately, call home! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
