I lived in the Renaissance a year then I decided to move into a brand new high rise in Uptown and every day I go home I regret that decision!! The only reason I did move was because to renew your lease they didn't offer any incentitives and it would go to market rent. The Renaissance was a wonderful apartment complex. My apartment was beautiful from the crown molding to the LARGE bathroom!! The apartment was move in ready the day I went to moved in and I NEVER had any problems. Honestly, I never really had to deal with the management because I paid my rent on time and never had any maintance issues. There was one occaision that I had to pay my rent three days late because I had to cover some extra expenses that month due to a death in the family and they said "NO" only if I paid some crazy fee's but they weren't rude about it just blunt. I never had any issues with my car being parked there ((and no it's not a beater 05 BMW 545i)) I felt really safe there; on some night I would see the Dallas police officers that live on property walk around and just ck everything out. So all in all I really miss the complex and I am sad I had to move just as they were finishing painting the extrior.

sure sounds different than the year of Hell I spent there! other than the excellent floorplan, it was AWFUL!

Very poor management and stunk horribly from animal feces everywhere!
