Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
1. Elevators always broken, we are talking on a weekly basis. Try walking with two dogs up and down 16 flights of stairs multiple times a day!
2. You must go up and down parking ramp several times to find a spot.
3. Tiny area to take dogs is filthy.
4. I had to have the office replace my hot water heater. It took a week. Thank God I had friends in the building because I was without hot water for a week.
