Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Property is going through condo conversion. I've been here since 2002, and seen a vast improvement. Hallways and pool deck are going through renovations, looks more like a resort than an apartment complex.
Staff has changed over the last 6 months, much improved.
Great views and ammenities.
Down side is that the units are being sold. Good side is that if you can afford the rent, you could probably afford to buy..
