Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
The renaissance has claimed it will be renovating... for about 12 months now. They leave hallways unpainted and tear down molding before they can replace it. They are constantly closed for DAYS to celebrate holidays... leaving security and maintenance with little to do for you if you have a problem. I am NEVER able to get a hold of someone with a problem. The condos are overpriced, and I would not recommend buying or renting here.
