My wife & I went to look at these residences as a possible lease/ buy option, but from the moment we arrived we ran into all of the problems that the disgruntled former tenants have listed in this site; they are as follows:
1)Upon arriving there was a bottle-neck of cars waiting to be parked, picked up with hardly any valet boys.
2)When we entered thru the Cedar Springs side there was contruction/maintenance going on. I saw a cleaning lady & took advantage & asked her how long that had been going; she said a few weeks'
3)We proceeded to puch the button to the elevator, which took abt 10 mintues, but seemed for ever. We never even made it to the 5th floor.
Conclusion: It is reminded me of cheap hotel that we used rent in South Padre during Spring Break
