I moved in 8 months ago now.

When I first got here, the pool deck was really drab, nothing special. They renovated and in June opened it up with new furniture, landscaping and stainless steel grills. It's beautiful, I really mean it.

The hallways have all been updated, and they just opened a new resident center and renovated the lobby in my building also. As I'm writting this, it looks like they are starting on the renovations to the Cedar Springs driveway and entrance (they've been cutting concrete for the last two days, and the rendering shows a new look).

Bottom line, they are renovating the property to sell it. If you are looking for a place to rent for a while, it's an amazing deal. The rent is totally cheap for the amenities and location compeared what you can get in other properties, but the down side is that there is ongoing work in units around you and on the property it's self.

There is a new property mananger that really seems to take his job seriously and has already made some big time improvements in the staff and services. My maintenance problems have always been taken care of within 24 hours, very friendly and courteous.

I recommend it as a place to live for anyone who wants the prestige of the address and the beauty of the building, but not for anyone who is sensitive to the work and noise around them while the work is done.

Changes are definately for the better, and it sound like lots of sour grapes from others writing reviews who are not happy that they will not be able to live here much longer or at such and amazing rate as they continue to sell them as condos.

I like it enough that I'm considering buying one...
