I recently purchased a condo here. I can't speak from a leasing standpoint, but from a buyer's perspective this place is wonderful!

The home owner's association dues are the lowest on the street. The valet is free to you and all your guests. Security is as tight as it can be (a few famous people live here). The staff is kind and competent.

I would recommend this property to anyone. It is great! Close to just about everything--- that is anything.
