the pool area on the weekends is dirty. Parking area for visitors is so limited that you are forced to use the valet and wait to retrieve your car. Mold smell in units. Raining in elevators. Lots of barking in halls. Dogs not leashed and urinating on carpet and in elevators. Rude employees. Cardio machines always busy. Theft in parking area. My electric bill for 1157 sq. ft. is $400-$500 during the summer months.
