This is an amazing property in the best area of Dallas. However, janitors and maintenence men roam around the halls without doing anything that needs to be done. THE FRONT DOORS OF THE UNITS NEED TO BE PAINTED! It is such a simple task that could add so much to the property and has been lazily overlooked for at least the year that I have lived here. Elevators and fitness center are ALWAYS DIRTY while janitors slowly roam the halls or or clean the stairwells of all places. If you can look past the stupidity of management, this place is awesome! Many single, newlyweds, or older residents. Very glamerous building and area. Perhaps there is a stipulation that all residents have to drive a BMW or Mercedes'
