First of all you have the staff telling you that they don't want kids running around the premises. To their perspective they have a beautiful park! (yeah 4 small plant dead flowers!) The parking is terrible. You have visitors taking up the parking spaces. The parking is dark unless you have a covered carport that'll run you for about $25 a month! The laundry faicility is dirty! Half the washer work, you have to manage on 4 washers for the whole complex! Their hardly ever opened on Saturday's!, they put up their business hours and are hardly in the office. Talk about some rude leasing people they have there! You nicely say hi to the grounds keeper and they walk right next to you like a dog just spoke to them! If you have a problem and confide to the office, forget it! Next thing you know the whole complex knows about your issues! You also get robbed or asaulted in the parking lot in plain daylight! You have the hispanic residents throwing parties with bounce houses like it's their own backyard! The pool is GREEN most of the time! People actually swim in that dirty water, GROSS!!! So if you want to feel like you are in South Dallas or Oak Cliff this is the way to go!
