I agree... my girlfriend (now my wife) lived there from 2004-2006 and we've heard everything from gun shots across the street, to domestic desputes within the complex. The last straw was a break-in that occurred late in 2005 in which some kids broke the bedroom window, stole all of her DVD's, her Gameboy, my Nintendo Gamecube and Games... and she lived on the SECOND FLOOR! The same thing had happened to her downstairs neighbors just weeks before! I highly recommend getting a dog, and train to kill.
