North Dallas tends to have some great apartment complexes & some of the worst. This one falls into that later category.
When I first moved in, duped into a look-n-lease special, I did not realize how bad this place was. At first, it was alright, nothing major except the oily parking lots & decrepit interior. Then it got steadily worse this summer, from the murders to the maintenance people stealing stuff from a tenant. The management is very unprofessional & rarely helpful, and I would not trust anyone who works for them.
