These apts have seen a big upgrade. The pest control problem is, as stated in one of the other reviews, better. There is always a parking spot. They have strict tow laws, but if you give your company the parking pass or if they park in visitor parking spots, they'll be fine. The pool is sparkling blue, and cleaned every day.(I've seen this happen not tying to blow smoke)The entire staff is helpful. I just got a new 'fridge, and this happened the very next day that i reported the problem and got them to check it out. Everyone who complained about the 3 clubs accross the street saw those very clubs before they entered the premesis so they knew what they were in for. To tell you the truth I never have heard the racket from the club. These are people that like to complain about every little thing. "My heat blows too hot in the winter." Turn down the thermostat then Sheesh. Bottom line there is something you can do, scout any area that you are going to move into so you won't have frivolous things to complain about. Even moreso if it's avoidable.
