An elderly man in his underwear used to stare at us at night from his apartment door. Once, someone tried to sell me drugs in the parking lot. We heard gun shots once and so did our neighbor, but the office staff pretended nothing happened. Later, after we moved, we heard about a shooting there. Our friend got towed from the parking lot. Guys in the parking lot used to try and grab my girlfriend. There were always cop cars in the parking lot.
