Back in January of 2003 I went to lease an apartment here...I wasn't scheduled to move in until February 2003, so that was a month's notice....well come move-in time, my apartment was not ready at all...the apartment was filthy!!! there was writing on the walls, the floors in the kitchen and bathroom looked like the tile hadn't been changed since the grand opening of the community...the doors to the laundry room were off the hinges, the stove was burnt, and when i went to open the oven door, it fell on my foot...the diswasher was from 1970, and was gross on the inside...the lights in the living room flickered on and off, the countertops were gross..and under the kitchen sink there had obviously been a leak because the foundation was sunk in...the bathtub was BLACK... I HAVE PICS and a VIDEO of the place...

So,I found this out the day of move-in because they wouldn't let me view my apt prior to moving in because they were running behind schedule and had just put new carpet in, which ended up looking like used carpet from the next door apartment... i had a fit, and told them there was no way I was moving into that apartment...they NEVER offerred me another apartment...DON"T BE FOOLED by the MODEL...yours will look nothing like it...the office manager was a B*TCH and didn't want to refund me my security deposit, but after I threatend to take the photos and video footage to the local news station, they promptly mailed it to me....I should have turned it over anyway and prevented this ever happening to anyone again...This property was worse than any Section 8 community I have seen, and that's bad...

Yes, they did not let me see the apt i rented, said they had to fix it up, new carpet, new microwave, etc, but they didn't do anything to it. NOT A THING, not even the whole time I was there.

My daughter lives there now 2007 and her apt was spotless an eveyrthing is in good working order and they seem to be very nice. they have turned hte place around . Its quiet and not alot of low lifes hanging around its an affordable decent place now 2

No, I am sorry. I drive by this place daily and it is 2009. It looks worse than back in 2003. I understand that for some this is a home, and you have to do what you have to do, but if you can find better, go after it.
