I lived there from December 1996-June 98, and it was the worse experience I have ever had. I only stayed as long as I did because of finances. It got to a point where I had to escape from the hoodlums and drug dealers and move out. The only thing that did happen to me is drug dealers smashed out the windows of my car (security guard "Sean" heard the noise, saw the damage, but made no effort to contact me, the police or do anything - I thought it was gunshots I had heard, so didn't go outside, just heard the drug dealers voice and car squealing away afterwards). The reason for the vandalism is that the drug dealer neighbors were evicted and blamed myself and another neighbor - acually one of them became an exboyfriend of the hispanic weekend manager, so she got them kicked out (otherwise no eviction).

Where I live now (Cimarron Court Condos, Dallas), the lowlife have moved here, two miles from where I fled from. But Rosemeade Court is an absolute no-no unless you are a mutha fuka Black gang banger or drug dealer or user or sex offender; then this is the place for you.

By the way, I cleaned and did everything by the book before leaving, and the management at Rosemeade harrassed me for 280. and no deposit returned, just to screw me over. Criminals in management. Also one of the managers seemed to be a pedophile, the way he seemed to want to be around my little boy so much.
