The apartments are conveniently located near the tollroad and George Bush Tollway. The Rent is no longer affordable I pay $540.00 for a small studio. Parking - In that time, my car has been towed 2 times costing over $200.00 each time. The litter and trash on the grounds are extreme. There is a bad smell in an area due to a water leak. Cords are dangling from buildings from satelite dishes. Inadequate lighting on buildings at night cause areas to be menacing. Men hang out outside their apartment drinking beer out of a paper bag. And worse of all the apartment managers treat you as if they are doing you a favor to take your hard earned rent money. Maybe everyone is subsidized by the government but me.

If you stay in your apartment and never come out you'll be fine here.

Update - 8/2008 - Since the last time I wrote - the rent has increased tremendously. I pay $540.00 (includes water) for a small studio. What use to be affordable apartments is now higher priced for what you get and the environment you have to put up with. The managment staff places notes on my door saying I owe for something .....when I check my records ....it is not owned. It is no longer is cost effective to live here. I am looking for a more affordable apartment. And last week 8/14/08 my CD's were stolen from my car. Be careful here.

But not to be too depressing - they have added a bit of landscaping to some bare area. But a little uninspiring! I wish they would pay more attention to landscaping and add some shrubs and vines. The breezeways are dirty filthy -looks like a government project in those areas.

Parking - the greatest improvement has been in parking. The visitors have to park in the back lot. So, finally the residents can park near their apartment.
