I've lived here since April of '07, it took them 2 months to replace a microwave and damn near another 6 months to replace the dishwasher. Do not move into Rosemeade Courts even if you think you're desperate and have no other alternative. Keep your faith, you have other options. This complex changes management every 3 months or so. They show no empathy for you. This place is really old and time has not been good to this Ol' -----. And the landscaping is nasty looking because so many dogs tihS wherever it feels good. The maintainance crew is lazy and shiftless and you have to force them to complete work orders. There are drug dealers and hoes on the corners. 2 bars next door, a marajuana shop, and a Porno shop. Perfect for raising children. Altercations flare up like Texas Wildfires. Random gun fire, domestic disputes carried out in the breeze ways. A broken down vehicle of some kind litters almost every unit. Ironically there is a Firestone Auto center next to the complex. But they only tow the cars of people who work. Isn't that ironic...don't you think' "Brothers" hanging out on the steps drinkin' tall cans and 40's, "ya kno, just kickin' it." The crackheads are all around and typically come out in the wee hours. If you love music, then Rosemeade Court is where you want to be!!! The collection of music you'll hear from all the neighbor's and their passing vehicles rivals Wood Stock. No one cleans up behind their dogs so the smell of dog tihS is strong in the summer. The gnats rule the skies, and yo apartment. Now roaches are starting to sho' up on tha block. So I expect there to be more gang violence over turf in Rosemeade Courts. And neither maintainance or management do anything to stop it. They more than likely want charge you a deposit or extra rent for them being there! When the "little brothers" are out for summer the break-ins and property damage go up. Move in early in the morning to avoid being cased. "Brothers" typically don't wake up around here till the afternoon. And I don't mean immediately after 12p.m. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE!!! You WILL NEED IT !!! But the place does come with a bit of trivia. It was featured on an episode of "The First 48", on A&E, where a man was cut up in his bathtub and carried out in small plastic bags. They found the guy who did it, they think...he didn't confess...

This is so true. The owners don't care about people, they have a management company that sucks. They have no idea how to run a property. You need to take care of whats going on inside, before you can make it look good from the outside. Roofs are caving in, there is mold in almost every unit. The regional manager Rachel follows that witch Robbie aka Cruella ----- like a little puppy dog who can't make decisions for herself. There has been several managers there, who try to change things. But end up running away, because the managemanet company has know idea what the hell is going on. I WARN YOU STAY AWAY. I LIVED THERE AND AFTER KELLY LEFT I MOVED. SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO CARED ABOUT THAT PROPERTY AND SHE LEFT BECAUSE OF UPITY PEOPLE WHO THINK THIER ---- DON'T STINK. PS. Whats with the fake eyelashes.
