My experience living in the Rosemont apartments wasn't completely horrible but it could have been better. They change management too often and they often hire inexperienced maintenance workers. When moving into an apartment complex you are fully aware of all the rules and regulations that come with your lease agreement, but in those apartments the rules and regulations only apply to those that aren't "FRIENDS" with the current management team. They often show favortism towards certain people who would otherwise be deemed unwanted people if they lived in more regarded/ highly-respected communities. My children weren't allowed to attend the after-school program that Ms.------ taught because of her somewhat "Old School" ways of teaching. Me personally, I don't allow some lady that I just met to treat and talk to my children in any type of way she deems fit just because she so happens to work for the complex I am currently residing. I went through 3 different apartment managers while I lived in there complex & I can honestly say that the only one who seemed to know how to do her job was --------- & she was promoted to a regional manager position within the company. The loitering of the residents wasn't supposed to happen, the trespassing of the children, teenagers, & adults from the neighboring houses weren't suppose to occur but for some strange reason any or everything that wasn't suppose to happen always did. I for one don't like heavy traffic in front of my door when I get home from work. I don't like repeated attempts to correct maintenance repairs & I don't like drug dealers (-------) living in the adjacent building, but thats just me. So if you're looking to live in an upscale version of the GHETTO, then you'll love living @ the Rosemont @ Arlington Parks. ENJOY!!!
