I currently live at Rosemont @ Arlington Park and it's horrible to say the least. The apartments are beautiful and large, but Management sucks and is and always has been very bad at communicating. The gate is constantly broken, therefore allowing the outside element to intrude. Trash is always all over the place. We have an infestation of cats that live in the garbage can. Maintenance sucks and the pool is always closed and/or green!! In the 2 years I've lived here we have had 3 managers and the current one seems OK, but I'm not expecting a miracle with this one either. People hang out in the breezway and smoke marijuana in the breezeway as well. At night the laundry room is used as a place for the underage residents to have sex.
