I visited these apts to find it is South Dallas crackhead ghetto. There are run down shack houses surrounding this property! As I was walking in with my son, the resident looked like a pure crackhead that was entering the office with me to go pick up her son from the activity room! The apts was beautiful, clean carpet but the residents are questionable!!!! The leasing agent was blowing up my phone bugging me about moving in some much to I stopped answering their calls. The only good thing is that you kids elementary school is on the property, you can hear the bell ring and everything.
