Although expensive, Saddlebrook is a great apartment complex.

Positives included awesome management, excellent landscaping, and impeccable maintenance. The residents are mature adults with dogs; very few kids/college age live here.

On the downside, prices are a little high and there is no loyalty program for renewals. At each of 3 renewals my rent was increased. After leaving, my unit was subsequently leased for a lower amount than I was offered.

The upstairs apartment was very audible (heard tv, video games, pets) but that can be expected. Also, there were several break-ins in early 2009, but before that the place was virtually crime-free.

All in all, a great place to live if you don't mind paying for it and fit in with the demographics.
