I knew it was gonna be BAD when I had to bug bomb 3 times BEFORE moving in and once right after I moved in because of the THOUSANDS of roaches that had moved in before me.
The make-ready on the apartment was of the lowest standard that I've ever seen.
After moving in despite all the gang graffite that seems to pop up on different buildings in the 4-phase complex and the street walking hookers and the bugs I also discovered that the management company (Noel Management)actually doesn't have a clue about how to manage a complex on any level.
Since then i've figured out that the manager on average only lasts maybe 3 weeks and its probably less time for other employees.
The supervisior for this complex is TOTALLY INCOMPENTENT...She couldn't supervise a hotdog stand in my opinion.I've been in management for over 24 years(retail)and having that kind of turnover means without a doubt that the problems are with the upper management and the owner.The occupancy rate was maybe about 75 or 80 percent when I moved in and 2 months later when I moved out had to be in low 60s,but hey...if your into BUGS,GANGS,or HOOKERS & management companies that don't manage...this is the complex for YOU!!!

I use to live there years ago. I moved to Texas from California and did not have time to seek out a great apt. I was there under a different management company, but they did some crappy things like charge me Pet Rent (I found out no one else was paying pet rent who had pets) and I also paid the highest rent and others who had the same unit were paying much less. Their logic was I was from California hence they could screw me.My first night in the apt. there was a rape and a shooting. But hey at that time there was a 7 eleven store nearby so I could always get a slurpee while experiencing COPS live.
