I have seen the crime stats that comes from the Dallas Police Dept. On 9/26/03 there was a murder. For the month of September there was 5 more crime related things for Santa Clara alone not to mention the 10 other crime related things that happened in the apartments surrounding this property. If you value you and your family's life you will not move here or any apartments around here no matter how easy it may be to get in , it's not worth your life
