This is the worst apartment I have ever had. I have been stuck here for three years and I am finally getting out. They have had three different management companies and all have been worst than the first. They never fix anything and when they do finally come to fix a problem they do a half ass job. They cater to their own you will know what I mean when you meet the management. Currently going under remodeling some units but still not a good place to live especially if oyu have kids. The crime is high and the patrol is low. Also they are know called Vista Buena or Buena Vista one or the other they are still a mess............

I have termites and its been 6 months. But I was really trying to find out if there was a murder in my apartment. There have been strange things happening in my sons room
