this is my first apartment that i've lived in and i'm sure it's the worse apartment that i will ever live in! since i've lived here, nothing has been fixed in my apartment, there is always noise, walls are paper-thin, crackheads all over, and hookers everywhere! i tried calling the cops about the problems with the hookers and crackheads and they don't seem to care. the management staff is extremely nice before you move in, but as soon as you sign, they turn into major B------! they don't care about anybody unless your skin matches theirs and if you actually check into these apartments, you will know what i mean! there has been a constant problem with roaches since i've mooved in, pools are alays closed. they have security, but all the security guards do is ride around the parking lots with their friends.
so bottom line... i hate living here and i can't wait until my lease is up so i can move out! any place will be better than here!

oh yea, and they say that pets aren't allowed, but certain people do have pitbulls at these apartments.... that kinda pi$$ed me off when i asked if i could get a dog.

I agree with you 100% on everything you just stated. Let me tell you how sorry the police are. Last night 10/31/07 there was a group of --------- 15-20 in the ally where they can get away with murder if they wanted, seemed like to me there were having some type of gang initiation. It was kind of scary, I have kids. Not only that, some of these memebers have been harrasing my 9 year old son when he walks home from school throwing things at him and stating they would rape him. I have called the police, but they did nothing! It will take someone getting killed before they give a flyin phuck. Im so sick of all the dirtyness around the apartments. These folks act like they dont know how to take there trash to the dump and just drop it off in the bushes. The roaches are a huge problem. Sure there is security but where and what are they securing, not me and my kids safety. I never see them on the back half. What phase are you in?
