My experience at The Saxony Apartments started out pleasant, but quickly went down hill. Most everything in the apartment broke once. The A/C pan leaked into the shower and turned it orange. No matter how much I scrubbed, it wouldn}t come out. Like someone else mentioned, the bath pulled away from the wall and the mold was disgusting and impossible to eradicate. Best of all, upon move out they charged me to repair the shower tub, which was damaged only by their own shoddy workmanship. Furthermore, you can't even call to discuss because the poeple in move out don't answer the phone and will not return your call either. Just a note, if you do live here, or plan to, keep ALL work orders. The one for the A/C drain pan somehow disappeared, which is why they charged me. If you want any chance of getting any kind of deposit back, don}t move into Saxony. I hear the deposit now is in excess of $450. Oh yeah, 3 times they had to come and treat for rats. There is no worse sound than rats crawling through your walls ALL NIGHT LONG! Also, the windows are so cheap that the wind basically goes right through them in the winter time. My electric bill for the smallest 1 bedroom apartment in the wintertime was over $115. When I asked the maintenence person about the windows and cost for electricity he said "yeah, the windows are cheap and that}s a pretty good electric bill. Many people he spoke to in th complex paid over $150!!" Well, good for me.

I don't think you're talking about the right place. I live here and so does another family member. These are luxury apartments, there are no rats unless you bought some and let them loose. As for the mold, you need to clean your tub. The garden tubs are hard to get any mold unless you are dirty and don't clean. And I am not convinced that the maintenence guy told you that the windows are cheap. Why would he say that unless he plans on quitting. My bill has never been over $120 and I have a two-bedroom.
