We have had several issues with the Saxony apartment complex. I will be brief. #1, hot water heater busted in upstairs apartment, #2, nails in tires, # 3 fire alarm next door going off for hours. We have consulted the apartment manager on all, but no response. I am really disgusted with #2 the most. There were nails in the walls of my two tires, it costed me $225. I contacted the compled, they passed it off to their corporate. The corporate contacted us two days later with an offer of $30 off a garage. I took it, no other reimbursment. They also indicated they knew of previous incidents. We asked them why they did not inform the other residence, they said that they would get a letter out ASAP. No letter as of today, two months later

Well... #1 sounds like your problem. YOU NEED RENTERS INSURANCE. Trust me, there is no apt. complex that is responsible for your stuff. #2- Well, I think you got "nailed" on the price of fixing your tires. Oh and again... They AREN"T responsible for nails in your tires. |
