The apartments themeselves are a little bit older, but overall they are nice. I never had any problems with parking or theft, but I heard other people did and the gates were always messed up. The thing I liked the most was that I wasn't able to hear my neighbors below me. One of the few apartments I've lived in that I could say that, maybe I was just lucky. Overall, great location and a good apartment. Get ready to deal them down on price though b/c if you don't they will screw you.
