As others have said, it started out great but since these apartments are a little older, they do have problems. It started out with problems with my stove, some of the burners did not work correctly. I complained over 10 times and maintenance workers came out and said that it was working fine and so they did not fix it or replace it. With my washer, I had so many problems startng with water spewing then the spin cycle not working properly. They said workers came to fix it but it was never fixed. I have had so many problems with this apartment. Price wise, almost all the apartments in this area will match the price here which I found out after I signed my lease. I don't recommmend living here.
