If you value customer service at all, or are looking for a place with a descent maintenance policy, do NOT look here! I asked specifically about the maintenance policies and they were great! Well, one week into our lease, their washer flooded the hallway. Not a big mess but we needed our washer for several reasons!!! Rather then just replacing it like I'd suggested they insisted on getting ours fixed. It took two attempts number one (they ended up just replacing it like I'd said in the begining) but it took over a full month to complete, carpet repair etc. I had to follow up on everything myself rather then stuff being done when we were told as part of policy or process. That was just one issue...
When it came time for getting my deposit back, it all went down from there. Customer service was terrible. I did not get calls returned in a timely manner at all! I wasn't treated as a loving tenant at all. I was treated like I was trying to get them out of money I owed them which wasn't it at all. Of a $400 deposit (standard for all tenants no pets or due to my credit or anything!) I only received $100 back, and that was after fighting for it. It took "the committee" over a month to come to a decision that I do not agree with. I didn't expect it all back but a lot more then we received!!! Do not live here!!!
