I just resigned my lease and they did try and raise the rates. But, I was able to work it out with them. I have not had any problems with the unit.
I agree with a previous post about the use of the pool at all hours of the night. It has gotten better but it would be nice if there was a security guard to run them off. Mostly on weekends so it is tollarable.
Parking is great. It is about 90% covered and they do not assign spots. There is also a parking garage.
The apartments could use some updating like better blinds, rounded corners, and better carpet installers. A digital thermostat would be nice to help cut down on the electric bill. In good shape though. The paint is very good and crown molding in most of the areas.
All in all a decent apartment, good location. I have not had any security issues at all. I will stay another 12 months and see how it goes.

Just so you know, you can just ask the leasing office for a digital thermostat and they will install one for you! They did for me when I resigned my lease! In fact, they bent over backwards to keep me there - new thermostat, cleaning and painting on top of decreasing the "rate increase". But just wanted you to know you can get the digital thermostat if you want it!
