I've lived here almost 2 years now and I'm transferring from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom at the same complex because I like it so much. All the people who actually post on here are the ones who have something they're upset about so they want to vent, but you absolutely can't find another complex in the closeby area for the same price and as nice. I have friends at most of the complexes right by us and they look nice outside, but inside don't compare to the Saxony. My neighbors are all friendly, no car breakins near my building, always somewhere to park, LOVE that you can't have dogs so the noise/trash is much better than other complexes too. Mostly the maintence issues are taken care of quickly, but I often have to have the same thing done multiple times because it's not fixed well, such as rods falling down in all my closets. The staff generally are nice too and try to remember your name, etc.
