RENT, and Rent Price Increase UNUSALLY HIGH $$

They continue to increase price year over year, yet NO IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COMPLEX'
How can this be - they don't care about you as a tennant - I agree with the others that wrote in - they continue to SUCK money out of you - The crime in this area has increased and with the HIGH rent prices they charge you, and the extremely high increases - my life and self respect is more important than having an apartment complex rip me off - other complexes award good tenants by giving them $$ off by renewing their lease, Saxony PUNISHES them by increasing their rent an extra $1000 for the year - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PROPERTY - I URGE YOU - PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
