If you have not chosen an apartment yet and are considering leasing with the Saxony, beware that you will be dealing with a incompetent and unfriendly staff. Take it from someone who has lived here for almost a year.
If you move in, expect a unfriendly group of staff members. I'm not certain if I have ever seen one person ever smile. The fact the management company has not fired everyone on this property including the regional is beyond me.
It is very sad because this community has so much potential such as the following:
* Excellent location
* Superior parking (apartments by the garage)
* Afforable prices considering the area
* Wonderful landscaping
* Unique floorplans

The reason the management hasn't fired everyone here is because the management is out of state. You think it's bad dealing with the on-site team? You should try dealing with the people at the corporate office.
