Please do not rent here. The pool is always dirty/milky looking and the hot tub is broken year round. The gates in the front are always broken, and the office staff is horrible. We felt unsafe many times, and I canont count how many times I saw police cars in the parking lot. While we were sleeping at 3:00am we heard a woman running down our hall screaming help. A few months later, we heard a man screaming for help which is very frightening. The noise level by the pool is outrageous. People screaming, yelling, drinking, slaming the pool gate, and throwing loud parties until wee hours of the morning. Scuzy looking immature people hanging out by the pool. The rent increased every lease renewal until we could not afford which is why we moved. To top it off, the corporate office screwed us out of money that was owed back to us on our deposit. Please stay far away..

Again, I think you are a competitor trying to scare people from renting. I have lived here for about a year and my sister and her husband for 6 months. There are no rats or crazy people screaming in halls. What halls? There are no hallways! The pool has never looked dirty and as far as people hanging out at the pool, if that were true, you should have called the police because the sign says what hours you can go swimming.
