No!

Please do not. It's not worth it.

The solution is to stay away.

5 yrs ago? WOW how much was your deposit? 50.00? Well You are not one who was only there 1 yr and ditched out 720.00 in a deposit which will not be returned to you. I left that place cleaner than how it was given to me. They have lost the paperwork I turned in with my forwarding address. Out of 720.00 they said they are only returning 95.00 (which I still have not received) it has been over 60 days, They said they sent it to the 14501 Montfort address??? Where I used to live?? umm how stupid is that? Why would they send it somewhere where I no longer live??, they do not return my calls or my read emails. I wish you good luck when you move out and hope you don't have a huge balance owing them.

I'm not really sure how or why you paid such a huge deposit, Karmen.. I moved in around March of 2008 and paid $350 for deposit. I've never heard of a place asking for one month's rent (I'm assuming that's what $720 is?) as a deposit. Do you have really bad credit or something? I've had some minor issues with things around my apartment and each time they fixed it the same day AND called me to give me a status update. I've never had problems with rats, roaches or any other bugs... and my neighbors thankfully all happen to be relatively quiet. Parking can be tight sometimes, and yes the gate is almost always broken.. but sadly that's how it is... EVERY complex I've lived in that had a gate had issues with the gate breaking. If all the stupid kids going to the elementary school across the street didn't screw with the gate it wouldn't be broken all the time! I'm obviously only speaking about the north gate. Basically, it's an apartment complex.. it's NOT a home! There will be certain problems, gates will be broken and neighbors will be loud... it's just part of the apartment living... As far as sending your check to your old Montfort address, yes that doesn't make sense. BUT if you properly forwarded your mail to your new address then you should have received the check in the mail at your new place..

The employees and the young, unprofessional Property Manager at The Saxony all need to be trained in customer service and they need to be taught what "false advertising" is. One day someone will not put up with the shenanigans this property pulls and will take the time to sue this place!!!

It only took a year to get the gym back in working order! I would call every week for months and was always told "the gym will be ready by the end of this month", "the gym will be ready by the beginning of next month", "the cotractors haven't been working like they should", "the equipment was all ruined and will take a few montsh to replace". You name the excuse, I heard it. I am sick and tired of dealing with the staff when it comes to the gym. YOU ARE LIARS!!!

The GYM is Great. It is as good as 24 Hour Fitness. Love the Gym. I agree it took a lot of time to get that ready, but in the end I think it was worth the time
