I know a lot of people read these and think they are just disgruntled residents who are trying to get their revenge but that is not the case with me. I am a young professional who lived in the saxony for 5 years. There were constant problems, maintenance was terrible, they broke things when they came to fix something. The apartment manager changed 5 times while I lived there. The fitness center has been under construction for over a year. Like I said, I lived here for 5 years and just as I expected, they nickel and dimed my deposit completely away. The richdale group is as cheap as described. There is really no reason to rent here, poor service, high deposit, and way overpriced. If that isnt reason enough, please read their ad in apartment guide. WOW! Talk about cheesy! "If you're a martini sipping, fitness sculpting, i-pod listening, urban jet setter, then this community with the BMW's parked out front is the place for you"....... NOT THE CASE! CLOWNS!
