Horrible Management

I leased at Saxony and the day of my move-in they tell me "we don't accept dogs". No one told me when I applied to be a resident. They don't have a single sign in the apartment office and they never once brought it up in their apartment tour. I was so upset as I had to leave the office without a place to live and the movers sitting outside. The girls in the office didn't seem a bit concerned. The Manager is very rude and unprofessinal and has a heart of steel. I will tell everyone I know not to live there and continue to tell my story to everyone.

That is so awful! They should have fully disclosed that to you. Did you fill out the Pet Addendum where you give all the info on your pet? I think it says cats only there. That doesn't make it any better, I'm sorrry!

Trust me, you are SOOO lucky your move to The Saxony did not end up working out. Everyone who works in that office could care less about you or your situation. Even when you take things to the corporate office, they still don't care about anything. This is the WORST apartment complex I have EVER lived in!

i'm guessing you didn't "disclose" that you had a dog on your rental application since it clearly asks you whether you will be bringing a pet and what type. You could have avoided some heartache had you filled out the application accurately.

The resident moved into my community the same day, they told her that she could not bring her dog. She leased at a different community that accepted pets, with the same management company, but the apartment they showed her was not the same as what they sceduled her to move in to. So corporate office who knew she had a dog did not pay attention to the fact that she had a dog when they transfered her app. to Saxony. That is where the issue came in with her moving into Saxony with a dog. Please check your records before trying to slander your prospects. Her application that she turned in did state that she has a dog.
