I've lived in apartments for years. This is the most anti-tenant apartment complex I've ever lived in. Their management team is based out of Kansas City, not Dallas. So they don't even have to look you in the eyes when they screw you out of your entire deposit. This place should be investigated by the attorney's general office for fraud. They WILL keep your entire deposit. I'm a professional attorney with a maid service that comes weekly, yet they said my apartment was dirty' Absurd, you could have eaten off the floors. This place is a joke. Go elsewhere. I have filed suit against them in small claims court. I'll keep you posted.

Other than management staff, which is horrible, parking is terrible. Vandals run around freely because the "security gates" are always broken. Sometimes they even break when closed! Oh that's fun when your car is locked out for hours. The pool and common areas are filthy. You'll probably get hepatitis from sitting in that hot tub. They are only out to milk as many dollars from you as they can. Save yourself the frustration and find an apartment where the manager is local.

Good for you! The Kansas "management" might as well be in India. You get absolutely no concession whatsoever - they absolutely cannot think outside of their ridiculous rules. They screwed me out of my deposit and then some.Like you, my apartment was immaculate. When I moved out the office told me that they do not do walk-throughs, so I got screwed there. I even had large area rugs in the most used rooms. The chick in Kansas tried to tell me that the one spot in my carpet caused them to have to replace the entire apartment because, and I quote,"the carpet is all one piece." I guess the carpet installers take a huge piece of carpet and roll it out in the parking lot and cut it exactly to size and then roll it back out in the apartment - all in one piece! Amazing! When I lived there my car was smashed by a hit-and-run to the tune of $5000 and broken into another time. Pools are disgusting - broken tiles and plaster. Hot tub jets are gone. Of course, any complaints I wrote to the management company "were never received," although I got responses. I wish you the best of luck with your lawsuit.

Actually, you're very wrong on the location of the management - they are based in Omaha, NE.

Sounds like the people posting the responses are the losers who work for Richdale!!!!! I also lived here and hated it with my guts!!!!
