I lived in this last year, and hated it!!!! It is not safe!!!! Cars and apartments get broken into all the time!!! Management does not care about the safety of any of the people who rent here. By the way all girls who work at the leasing office are all some bimbos who dont know how to do a thing!!!! All they know what to do is sit on their lazr behinds and talk on the phone!!! When anybody has a question about anything concerning the apartment all they ever say is: You have to contact corporate!!!" Im like the W.T.F' are you here for'''' My washing machine broke, and it took them nearly 4 months to get it fixed!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me' Everytime i would call to ask them when would they be fixing my washing machine, they would say the part should get here on Monday and it will be fix during the week!!!! The week would pass by and nothing!!!!!! Until my husband called corporate yelling at them, thats when right away the next day they went to fix it!! Another thing is they do not return your deposit, even after the apartment was left spotless and in perfect condition. They make up all these false ridiculous charges just to keep the deposit. So if the problem is not fixed they will blame it on you keep it. Oh not to mention, they deny on anything that has to do with $100.00 rebates they offer on websites. When i tried getting my rebate, the complex said we never mentioned no website on the day of the complex tour. Which was untrue because that is the first thing we mentioned to them!!! I hate this place with a passion, and wouldnt even dare reccomending this place as a joke!!!! Please stay away, and go somewhere else. Why would an apartment complex have so many bad complaints''' Duh!!!!!!! It has to mean something!!! This place sucks!!!!!! They are the reason why we would never rent again!!!!!




Ok so its been a little over half a year since we moved out, and back on here to tell about the trouble we had to go threw to get our deposit back. Prior to moving into these apartments we notied that the kitchen counet tops were poorly painted and it was starting to peel off, so when they gave us the key they told ur that they would come and repaint it. SO during our honeymoon that was about a week a half long they redid the kitchen. Happens to be when we got home we were pretty upset to find out how crappy they had left it! Everythin that was placed on top of it somehow stuck to the paint, n it was a pain to try and take them off. We were furious so we called the office n explained the situation, only to have that annoying girl say: well u have to be out of your apartment for two days in order for it to dry right!!!! W.T.F''''' I was gone for more then a week!!!!! So i told her i needed them to come redo it because their last job sucked! As expected they kept delaying the date n to make things short they never went to re paint it! So when we moved out it was left in the same crappy condition as it began! Well to make things worse when we tried getting our 600.00 deposit back, that is exactly everything that they were tryin to charge us for cleaning, repairing, and painting that crappy apartment. And to mention when they sent us our letter stating all the crazy charges. The stupid kitchen counter top was on there at a total cost of 400.00!! We nearly had a heart attack when we saw this, my husband was pissed and called the corperate office very upset to the point where he was cuzing them out. Telling them why are they charging us for crap that they were suppose to get done in the first place! They told him that he needed to get proof of making a complaint to the office and having them to come out and paint it!! Well, how convinient when we called the Saxony office they told us they did not have anything on file!! Hmmmmmm if you ask me its BS! So we had enought and we once again called corporate and told them we were not going to pay a dime for something so ridiculous that was their fault in the first place!! My husband told them that we would be taking legal action against the whole company, and as we thought they reduced all of the charges and just left us with a 50.00 charge for carpet cleaning that we thought was resonable. How crooked is that''''' People dont be stupid and waste your time with this company of apartments!! Richdale are such rip offs!!!!

I got screwed out of most of my deposit as well. They charged me $52 dollars for nail holes after two people in the office (imcluding the manager) told me that I wouldn't be dinged for them, and a $50 late fee for rent back in May that was never late, as well as various other made up bs. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone. I've hired an attorney. If you want to live at the Saxony, I would suggest retaining a legal team. Everything this person said is 100% correct. One of the worst apartment complexes ever (except The Courts right across the street).
