Beware of Ever Changing Management

The management staff changes constantly. To me, that's a tell-tale sign that the high turnover is because the staff doesn't like working for The Richdale Group.
They will move you into an apartment that looks rather shoddy in a hurry, yet it takes some time to have all of your items addressed. Make sure to thoroughly look through and inspect every item on the CHECK-IN list. It's apparent they do not check the list themselves, and will then try to charge you when your lease is up.
Make sure you document any time little issue (over and over) at the front office. And ask for a copy of what they have documented, because often times it never gets written down or if it did, it was then lost by someone who is no longer working there and they have no record of it.
We had a washing machine leak, they riped up the carpet and took the padding out, and then never replaced the padding. Upon check-out I was asked why I never documented this' Um, you were there doing the repair, and you still need me to document it' (Yes, I'm a bit angry with this point in particular).
Overall, I would not recommend The Saxony to others looking for apartments in this area. The overall management of the complex is shaky at best. And you are pretty much guaranteed losing part of your security deposit for general older apartment maintenance issues.
