I lived in these apartments for about a year and a half and ended up breaking my lease due to the quality of people the management started letting move in and the management themselves for the lack of communication with the residents regarding saftey matters. There have been numerous car and apartment break-ins (including my next door neighbor); a resident jumped on a police officer (yes, a police officer), someone robbed a taxi car driver on property and I can't tell you how many times you see the police carting someone off to jail. Don't count on the management making you aware of ANYTHING. In speaking to another resident who had lived there for about 5 years and was moving when I moved, break-ins were the norm! The children are ghettofied: riding on the security gate, tearing up the flowers and trees, playing outside your window when they live on the otherside of the complex. I've seen residents throw bags of trash over the balcony and into the parking lot, BUT WE HAVE DOOR TO DOOR TRASH PICKUP - So how sorry is that!!!! Loud music and people being loud in general.
