I have lived here for 2 years. It was nice when I first moved in now it is full of people living on section 8. I live downstairs my neighbors upstairs let their kids run constantly like wild horses. I live in the front by the office my apartment was broken in to and NO ONE SAW ANYTHING they went thorough a front window facing the street!!! The water bill here is ridiculous $40 thats because it takes the water forever to get hot, you have to let it run for at least 5 minutes and forget about it in the winter. The rent is ridiculous! I have found more nicer places for less rent. There is always people hanging outside. The only positive thing is I have never had a problem with maintenance fixing anything.. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
