I read all the reviews of what people have written. This place is not at all bad for what you pay. No, it's not brand new. It's going to have some maintenance issues. Yes, it's located in Skillman/Audelia area. I got news for you people, this 'aint North Plano! There is going to be crime and noise concerns.
If you want a brand new apartment with no maintenance or crime issues, don't move here. Pay $200-300 more and move further north. But if you want a nice, decent place to live for under $500...this is the place!
