Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
It used to be a nice place to live (even though my apt was burgled--that can and does happen everywhere); helpful and courteous office staff. I moved to upgrade.
However, this year when I needed the staff to send my rental history to a new complex, they refused to do it! I had to speak with them on several different ocassions and they were just plain rude and indifferent. The staff that worked there when I lived there was great.
Too bad this place now has such bad reviews--it used to be a nice place to live. The only real problem I had when living there was the grounds upkeep and the pond; it was always full of nasty water and the fountains never worked.
