you get what you pay for noise level is ok not bad as i thought. There is a lot of parking and i have not had any problems with maintenance that where not fixed withing a reasonable time frame. The one thing i like is that rent is due on the 5th the one thing i hate the most is no security. So far i have not had any problems due to crime.

Shortly after this was posted my neighbor was shot in the face, I'm sure you seen that on the news. The security guard they did have out there was beat almost to death in the same month because he was trying to keep people from smoking weed in the coridors. You are right, you get what you pay for & they do allow you to break your lease without it going on your credit if you pay the reletting fee. Sometimes you have to live where you can just to keep from being homeless.
